Overview
At Love, Bonito, we have a training curriculum designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills at every stage of your retail journey with us. We have mapped it out according to the time you are with us and we encourage you to complete this list of training modules within the given timeline.

Note: Please follow the given timeline and prerequisites in order to maximise your learning experience with us. (e.g. You should not be attending Product Care training if you have not completed all the training modules in 1 month and 3 months)
Apart from the above functional training, we also have other training such as: Lookbook Training and Specialist Training (for Style Ambassadors and Visual Merchandisers).
Training Etiquette
As we embrace #AGrowthMindset and learn together, we would love it if you actively participate and commit to be fully present at all the training sessions that you are attending. That means no multi-tasking and turning off notifications during training. To make the most out of every training session, we would appreciate it if you everyone could abide by the following etiquette prior and during the training.
General Rules
Please arrive on time for all training sessions. If you are running late, we would appreciate a notice to the trainer at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
If you are unable to attend the session, please let us know at least 3 hours in advance and ensure that your manager has been informed.
Please come prepared to participate in the session, whether face-to-face or virtual.
Please keep your phones away unless you are asked to use them during quizzes.
Please pay your utmost attention during the training and do not chit-chat amongst yourselves. You will have plenty of time to interact with one another during group discussions!
Virtual Training Sessions
Please ensure that your videos and microphones are working prior to the session.
Please keep your videos ON and mics OFF when you are not speaking.
We encourage you to participate as much as you can, either by unmuting yourself to answer questions or typing your replies in the chat boxes.
